I stayed at this hotel for four nights, the hotel is in a great location and there are many transportation options nearby, many food and shopping places, but the cleanliness is very poor, the first day I noticed dirty water glasses so I thought it was just a small mistake, but the other three days I was really upset because the housekeeping only made the bed and changed the towels while not cleaning the floor, bathroom or washing the glasses, the coffee ran out in my room and they didn't bring me coffee, I complained to the receptionist and he gave me coffee but this is annoying it shouldn't happen.

Nice location for healing.The room was clean and comfortable and very big for the four of us, it was spacious and well- arranged for us. They provide coffee machine but no kettle.Perhaps because of europe tap water was able to drink. I was pleasantly surprised to find a few ‘Halal Food’ restaurants such as Halal Fried Chicken just nearby the hotel which made it easier for us as Muslims to enjoy the meal. A recommended hotel—I would definitely stay here again in the future. thank you

飯店的價格便宜，地理位置很好，樓下有許多商場超市餐廳還有電車站跟機場巴士站，到市區或到機場大概就半個小時車程很方便。酒店的櫃檯服務兩極，遇到好幾個都不錯，但在入住check in時有一個年輕的女生態度不佳，請他英文講慢點還給我翻白眼，態度非常的傲慢。雖然是飯店的規格，但是每日打掃非常不確實，第一天可能因為沒放小費只有折了床上的棉被，垃圾桶一堆垃圾全部沒整理真的很誇張。第二天放了小費才把垃圾收走。之後每天不是沒有毛巾或是沒有備品，很誇張的打掃品質。

Personnel très à l’écoute et gentil. J’ai été upgrade dans une chambre plus grande donc c’était plutôt cool. L’hôtel est plutôt bien desservi quoique un peu éloigné du centre-ville. Le buffet du matin est par contre un peu trop petit. Il y’a trop peu de choix.

If you’re a tourist, you’re better off somewhere else. Invest in a good room. Don’t cheap yourself out! We rushed our 訂房網站 and didn’t get to research hotels properly. We ended up here mainly because of price. If you’re thinking “you get what you pay for”, tbh I think there are places in the same price range who are much better. Anyway, the area is a bit sketchy to start. Dutch people are the minority. The building looks old too, inside AND outside. (Especially inside) Going inside, the lobby already had a certain smell. Further inside, our room smelled SO bad. It was hard to breathe until I adjusted to the smell (no one has to go through this!). I’d get a whiff of piss smell from time to time too, it was awful. The bottom of the bed was full of dust too. Something was probably hidden there. Then for the service, housekeeping doesn’t speak English. This gave me a feeling that maybe this hotel isn’t meant for tourists, but probably for migrants. One off thing that happened was 2 housekeeping people just barged in while we were inside. One good thing about our stay though was the bathroom. It was nice, and I think was recently renovated. Really nice.

有冰箱吹風機很方便。房間很大，兩個人住很方便。這次安排的是0樓的房間。第一天去到下雨，店員還給借了傘。附近基本上是中東人居住地，很多土耳其菜，也有個大商場，吃飯購物也方便。非常適合商務旅遊出行。價格也因為比較遠，價格相對貴一點，但是確實比其他的xo酒店性價比要好很多

We encountered some difficulties locating this hotel due to its distant location from the city center. It took us approximately 30 minutes to travel from the hotel to Amsterdam Central. Upon our arrival at the hotel, we were informed that they were offline and unable to check us in. They had no estimate for when their system would be back online. During our stay, there was an incident where two males entered my daughter's room. This occurred because the staff at the reception had mistakenly marked the room as unoccupied in the system. Although the hotel apologized and offered us a complimentary breakfast, the incident left us feeling uncomfortable and concerned. Housekeeping was also inconsistent, with some mornings where the rooms were not cleaned properly. Additionally, we discovered a dead cockroach in our room. We found it on day 1, and after 5 nights in this hotel, it was still lying on the carpet, indicating that housekeeping did not vacuum our room once during our 5-day stay. Also, some of our towels were dirty. Despite the rooms being relatively spacious, the hotel's location is unfavorable. Consequently, I would not recommend this hotel.
